Just some feedback on the products. I wasn't sure how my corporate accounts would be towards the natural way and the cost related to it, but it hasn't been to bad. I have one account adapting to the whole program and several account wanting to adjust certain things on the soil analysis but not all.
It is still a budget issue and most places not having the budget for turf this year. I would still like to arrange a seminar with all of my property managers in the fall (maybe September sometime) let me know your schedule.
I would most likely have 10 to 20 property managers and we would rent a conference room.
As for the product, I have followed the soil analysis I did at my house and I am getting complements on my turf from neighbors and friends. The franchise owners gave great feedback on the seminar we had. It was very informative and educational for them. They are going out to their customers with more confidence on talking about turf management.
As for my staff I have no issues with the product as it is very easy to use and very easy for them to follow the soil analysis. I know you mentioned that the bag quantity is being remove from the soil analysis report and I personally would like to see it stay on the report. I would like to get an update on new products that Turf Revolution is working in as I know this industry will continue to go through changes. Maybe a turf revolution news letter update, I think you guys have one, with update on new products, sales
tips, sales techniques. Overall I am very impressed with Turf Revolution, their products and most of all their support.
