K-Mag 0-0-21™
K-Mag is a naturally mined potassium magnesium sulphate.

This mineral contains 22% potassium, 11% magnesium and 22% sulphur.

Potassium: Is involved in many plant functions that increase a plants heat tolerance, cold tolerance, disease resistance and the ability to endure and recover from stressful conditions.

Magnesium: Is a major component of chlorophyll, the green colouring in plants. Since chlorophyll is responsible for a plants carbohydrate production, plants deficient in magnesium will produce fewer roots and shoot mass.

Sulphur: Is also a major component of chlorophyll and therefore a lack of sulphur also means a lack of green in your plants. Sulphur is also essential in a plants ability to fix and metabolize nitrogen.

K-Mag delivers essential plant nutrients in the sulphate form that means that this product is virtually 100% water soluable and therefore available to the plant immediately.
K-Mag is pH neutral and therefore will not create acidity or alkalinity in the soil.
Low chloride so it reduces the chance of burning.
Easy to apply granular.

Where to Use K-Mag:
Use on plants sensitive to chloride.
Use where soil tests show low base saturation levels of potassium or magnesium.


Rates:
Apply at a rate of 2.5 to 5 kgs per 100 m² (5 to 10 lbs per 1000 ft²) or as directed on a soil test recommendation.
